Hospitalist Physician

Seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians to join a physician-owned, supportive partnership focused on autonomy, local control, and shared purpose. Responsibilities include providing inpatient care in a Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center with a 50-bed hospital, managing admissions, and collaborating with intensivists and hospitalists. Procedures are optional but beneficial, including vent management. Qualifications Board Eligible or Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Previous hospitalist experience preferred. BLS and ACLS certification required. California licensure a plus; visa candidates encouraged to apply. Key Duties Deliver high-quality inpatient care with autonomy and local control. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment. Utilize on-site imaging and labs for patient management. Benefits & Compensation: Estimated annual base pay ranges from $275,000 to $900,000, with potential profit sharing and partnership income.
