Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive 401K, salary plus commission/bonus, health benefits.

Requirements include dedication to customer service, experience in a variety of computer applications particularly Windows, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals, and bilingual - Korean or Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin preferred.
