We're looking for a Buying Assistant to join a leading global sportswear brand's Footwear Merchandising team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in footwear or apparel buying, merchandising, product creation, or retail who is passionate about consumer products and market trends. Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite at PHK | Fridays Work from Home) Key Responsibilities Support the Footwear Merchandising team with buying and merchandising activities. Organize work and business systems to support merchandising initiatives. Monitor market trends and consumer insights. Analyze retail performance metrics including Sell-Through, Turn, ASP, and UPT. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and merchandising strategies. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in: Footwear Buying Apparel Buying Retail Buying Product Creation Retail or Digital Commerce Strong understanding of retail performance metrics: Sell-Through Turn ASP UPT Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Preferred Previous experience with a leading global sportswear brand is a plus.
