Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery
This position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekly guaranteed hours of 36. Blocked scheduling is available, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
As a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery unit, you will provide care for patients during labor, childbirth, and the postpartum period. This role involves initial fetal monitoring, emergency response, and various assessments to ensure the health and safety of both mothers and infants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fetal monitoring and assessment during labor.
- Administer emergency response interventions as required.
- Caring for patients during the postpartum period.
- Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Required certifications: ACLS or ALS-OB, NRP, EFM, and BLS.
- Experience with fetal monitoring and assessment.
