School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional Building Connections Academy – Concord, CA. Make an impact every day! About The Role Hours: In-person, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay: $22–$28/HR (based on experience, certification, and education). Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or willingness to become certified within 90 days (paid training included!). As a School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students with autism and other developmental differences. You’ll help students develop communication, social, and life skills while fostering a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.
