PT (Physical Therapist) in Tracy, MN

LeaderStat is currently seeking a PT (Physical Therapist) for a(n) 13 week contract in MN.

Start Date: 6/29/2026
End Date: 9/28/2026
Shift: Days Tracy is the primary location, but to work between Tracy, Sanford Westbrook, and Murray County Medical Center (in Slayton)8 hour days, M-F with some weekends and holidays in rotation with staff..

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
