Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Inpatient services at a location in Tracy, Minnesota. This inpatient role involves providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their Minnesota Physical Therapist License on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Tracy, Minnesota
• Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexibility; Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend and holiday requirements
• Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist License; BLS Certification; Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedics and rehabilitation skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC computer charting system; outpatient and inpatient therapy experience; ability to float to other units or locations as needed
• Additional Information: Minimal weekend or holiday work required; training on EPIC Electronic Medical Record system available; clinicians must badge in and out at the facility; scrubs or business casual dress code including polo shirts in certain colors; must note if clinician has previously worked at Sanford Health, with an end date at least six months prior to submission
• Float: Float rotation may be required
