In this full-time role, you will play a key part in keeping our logistics running smoothly—handling product movement, inventory tracking, order preparation, and day-to-day warehouse operations. Requirements Excellent communication skills : Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms. Attention to detail and ability to multitask : Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information : Skilled in handling private data with discretion and integrity. Professional communication via phone, email, and IM : Proficient in maintaining a professional tone and clarity in all forms of communication Proficient typing and basic office tasks : Skilled in typing, as well as performing tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing. Knowledge of company shipping software : Familiar with using specialized software for shipping and logistics . Willingness to perform other operational tasks as needed : Flexible and ready to take on various tasks to support operations. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fulfill all product shipping orders as efficiently and accurately as possible: This responsibility involves processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. It includes picking the correct items from inventory, packing them securely, and labeling packages accurately. The goal is to ensure that orders are completed quickly and without errors to meet customer expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Ensure correct shipment of international and domestic orders: This duty requires overseeing the shipping process for both international and domestic orders. It involves understanding and complying with various shipping regulations and requirements, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
