Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for a safety-focused facility in Elkhart. If you take pride in safe, efficient material movement and can thrive on a rotating schedule, we want to hear from you!

Forklift Operator/Material Handler Overview: Safely move and stage materials in a fast-paced facility. This role works 6am - 6pm on a rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off) + overtime as needed at $17/hr. Safety is the top priority.

Job Duties

Operate forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials
Stage materials for production and shipment
Perform material handling tasks including lifting, stacking, and palletizing
Complete required paperwork and follow inventory procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies- safety is our top priority

Requirements

Forklift experience required (must be able to pass a forklift certification exam)
Ability to work overtime when required
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
