We are seeking a seasoned Attorney (5+ years’ experience) specializing in Civil Litigation & Insurance Subrogation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking litigator who thrives on maximizing recovery and driving results. About The Role You will play a critical role in our subrogation practice—an essential component of every workers’ compensation strategy. You’ll identify third-party liability, pursue recovery actions, and help insurers and self-insured employers recoup funds tied to claims. Your work will directly impact clients’ financial outcomes by reducing claim costs and strengthening program performance.
