Job Description

First American Bank and Trust is looking for a driven, motivated Loan Officer to join our team. We welcome experienced sales professionals from any industry who are looking to build a rewarding career in banking. Lending experience is a plus but not required.

** Responsibilities **

Build and manage a strong client pipeline and portfolio
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Guide customers through the loan application and approval process
Identify lending opportunities and provide solutions that meet customers’ financial needs
Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

** Qualifications **

Proven sales experience in any industry
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 4 years of sales or related experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
