This is a rare chance to step into a well-run, high-performing Audi dealership with an established team, a strong operational foundation, and significant room for continued growth. We're looking for the right leader to take the helm and take it further.

As General Manager of Audi Stuart, you'll own the full operation of the dealership — leading the team, driving performance across every department, and building on an already strong foundation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven, successful experience as a franchise dealership General Manager — or an experienced General Sales Manager with a documented track record who's ready to take the next step
• A history of not just hitting objectives but consistently exceeding them — and continually growing every dealership they've led
• Demonstrated longevity and commitment — you've put down roots and made a lasting impact where you've been, not moved on every year or so. If your history is a series of short stints, this won't be the right fit
• Sustained, long-term performance, not just short-term results — with the ability to show proof of it
• Luxury or premium brand experience preferred
• A leader who develops people, not just numbers
• Someone who embraces process and wants to operate within a high-standard organization

What You'll Own

• Full P&L responsibility across sales, service, parts, and F&I
• Leadership and development of an established, high-performing team
• Operational standards that uphold the Audi brand and customer experience
• Strategic growth — turning a strong store into an even stronger one
