PiTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation Analyst located at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) on Ford Island, HI to support the USINDOPACOM. About the Role
Support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions for USINDOPACOM exercises and events, including wargames and experiments involving Joint and Coalition participants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical Exercise Control Group (ECG) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Expert and Operator, translating operational needs into simulation requirements.
- Identify simulation solutions, build and maintain simulation databases, and develop and execute test plans.
- Test and validate capabilities for scenarios, leading and training other simulation operators during events.
- Lead the M&S Working Group during planning and oversee Sim Model Control and Sim Ops roles during execution in support of the SIM OIC and ECG Director.
- Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and eighteen(18+) or Masters and twelve (12+) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience in Simulation Operations (e.g., JTLS GO, LOTS, JSAF).
- Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) joint exercises and events.
- Experience in building Simulation Test Plans.
- Ability to train others on simulation operations.
- Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%.
Required Skills
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Must be a current US Citizen.
