Summary The Lingerie Retail Sales role provides personalized fit and styling guidance to customers through in-store and digital interactions, with a focus on bra fittings and intimate apparel expertise. The salesperson builds lasting customer relationships, meets sales goals, and supports a customer-ready department. Training is provided on product knowledge and fitting techniques. Responsibilities Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style recommendations in the fitting room. Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up via in-store and digital channels. Achieve individual and departmental sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media. Support merchandising duties such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Empathy, sensitivity, and commitment to body-positive fittings for diverse customers. Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability to meet business needs and willingness to learn product and fitting techniques.
