Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and patient education Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinic locations Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and clinical partners Help patients achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, function, and quality of life Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) or eligible for North Carolina licensure Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient‑centered care CPR and First Aid Certification required Ability and willingness to travel between clinic locations throughout the Greater Raleigh region Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Compensation & Benefits Compensation ranges from $87,000-$106,000 annually, based on experience, productivity incentives, certifications, and location-based compensation adjustments.
