Responsibilities

Participate in structured leadership development and training programs
Support daily business operations and assist in project coordination
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
Assist in mentoring and guiding team members as needed
Contribute to strategic planning and execution of company initiatives
Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability

Competitive salary package ($52,000 – $56,000 annually)
