Epic Analyst

Epic Cadence/Grand Central /Prelude Analyst Remote with Travel Job Summary An Epic Cadence/Grand Central/Prelude Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, specifically focusing on the Cadence (scheduling), Grand Central (ADT/registration), and Prelude (patient access) modules. This role involves configuring, testing, and implementing these modules, as well as providing ongoing support and training to end-users. Duties & Responsibilities An Epic Cadence/Grand Central/Prelude Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of these Epic modules within a healthcare organization Requirements & Qualifications

• 1+ years of Epic Cadence, Grand Central Prelude, Referrals, and SER Experience
• ServiceNow Knowledge and Experience
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Customer Focused
• Ability to work independently (self-starter)

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with these skills will be considered first

• Knowledge of Epic Security
• Knowledge of Epic patient and/or referral work queues
• Knowledge of Epic place of service configuration
• Knowledge of Epic Logistics
