The ideal candidate for this position will be a high-energy, multi-tasker, customer-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, handle administrative tasks, provide product/services information, resolve customer issues, and be comfortable making outbound calls to accounts./ppThe target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, confident at troubleshooting, and able to investigate thoroughly if they dont have enough information to resolve customer issues./ppSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30-minute lunch break./ph3Duties/Responsibilities/h3ulliManage large amounts of incoming calls/liliPrint orders, organize back orders, file paperwork, mail invoices/liliMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas/liliWork closely with the Production Scheduler to determine new ship dates for customers/liliEnter customer orders accurately efficiently/liliBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication/liliHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution/liliGenerate leads: Make outbound calls to new existing accounts/liliFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies/liliUpdating Data from ERP System/liliPerforms other related or additional duties as assigned/li/ulh3Required Skills/Abilities:/h3ulliProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative/liliTrack record of over-achieving quota/liliStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening/liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices/liliCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters./liliComfortable making outbound calls to customers/liliExcellent communication/liliAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively./liliProficient in Excel creating spreadsheet./liliAbility to learn our products and components./liliUnderstand lead times in order to create new ship dates./liliHigh energy Multitasker a must/liliEnjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment./li/ulh3Education and Experience:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliCustomer service experience required/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/liliMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times./li/ulh3Benefits/h3pAt Ideal Tridon Group and Campbell Fittings, we focus on benefits that cover your health, well-being, family, and future.
