This position seeks a dedicated Project Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple construction projects, primarily in the commercial and multi-family sectors. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and internal teams. Salary Range: $75,000–$105,000+ / Year DOE Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work Develop and maintain project schedules Award and manage subcontractors and installation crews Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules Manage project budgets, committed costs, and profitability Review and approve subcontractor invoices Prepare and price change orders Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, suppliers, and internal staff Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular progress meetings Monitor installation quality and address field issues Resolve schedule conflicts and project challenges Work closely with estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field operations Review and approve project billings and pay applications Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation Project Manager Requirements: 5+ years of Project Management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required Experience with ProCore Experience with Bluebeam High preference for experience in commercial construction and multi-family projects High school diploma Experience with commercial construction and multi-family projects is preferred Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with reimbursement options 401k plan with a 3% match after a 3-month waiting period 10 days of PTO in the first year, increasing with tenure and performance 9 paid holidays, including all federal and state holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
