Project Administrator

IntePros is partnering with a leading environmental engineering firm to find a Project Administrator to support their growing site investigation, remediation, and environmental management teams in Kennesaw, GA. About the Role This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of project coordination, financial administration, and client support. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, accounting teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are set up accurately, billing processes run smoothly, and financial information stays on track. Responsibilities Set up and maintain project financial information in accordance with contracts and company policies. Review contracts, budgets, payment terms, scopes of work, and project requirements. Support the project billing cycle by preparing invoices, reviewing documentation, and coordinating approvals. Monitor project financial activity, including revenue tracking, accounts receivable/payable, and budget updates. Review expense reports, timesheets, and project data for accuracy. Generate reports and assist with month‑end accounting activities. Partner with Project Managers to resolve issues and support project success. Provide general administrative support, including document management, scheduling, travel coordination, and office operations. Required Skills 1+ year of project administration, accounting, or financial operations experience (professional services or engineering experience a plus). Experience interpreting contracts, managing project documentation, and supporting billing processes. Understanding of job costing, project revenue, and contract administration. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with BST is a plus.
