Minimum Requirements:
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or comparable credential, and have been trained or have equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.
- Prefer AAS or BA in Early Childhood Education
- High school diploma candidates will be required to enroll in a CDA credential program and complete the credential on the Employer's timetable as a condition of employment.
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Prefer two years of experience in an early childhood (preschool and/or infant/toddler) classroom.
- Experience should include the ability to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all children

- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites & Database system
- Valid Iowa Driver's License & ability to be insured under agency policy
- Must be cleared & allowed to work in a childcare setting by the Iowa Department of Human Services
