About the Role The Senior Data Engineer at Repsly is a high‑impact technical role centered on building the end‑to‑end solutions that power our customer‑facing data products. Key Responsibilities Architect and Build Participate in architectural design and implementation of the new Data Analytics platform Build resilient Data Pipelines between core Repsly services and Data platform Design, build and maintain the semantic layer to ensure the data remains secure, governed and reliable Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards on the Data Analytics platform Data and Platform Reliability Data Analytics platform health and stability Proactively identify and suggest areas for optimization Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data engineering, proven track record of building and managing production‑grade data pipelines and working on large datasets Strong SQL and understanding of data modeling techniques Experience in developing complex dashboards in modern BI tools Strong communication skills, proactive engagement for long‑term goals, and full ownership over deliveries Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum DevOps mindset, familiarity with CI/CD workflows Fluent in English We Are Offering Continuous education and professional development Choose your location, work remotely or in the office Enjoy a pet‑friendly working atmosphere Company events and team buildingsA culture that is not afraid to try, fail and learn from mistakes Application process To apply, please complete your application via LinkedIn.
