Sales Support Specialist

Required:
- A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, including coordination in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
- Expertise in data management, including the ability to perform mass updates and clean the current CRM database while understanding dependencies and downstream impacts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key aspects of Global Sales Operations, including onboarding and compliance requirements for prospective and new clients.
- Maintaining and updating customer records to meet compliance standards and assisting the Sales team in preparing and collecting necessary documentation.
- Reviewing contracts
- Generating and processing sales orders
- Handling customer order-related inquiries
- Auditing sales-related databases
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Consistency, and reliability
- Collaborating with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality standards.
