Since re-opening its doors in 2025, Chesterbrook Academy Audubon has been committed to providing exceptional early childhood education to communities of Trooper, King of Prussia, Perkiomen, Jeffersonville, West Norriton, Arcola, Mont Clare, and Phoenixville with an educational experience grounded in academic excellence and genuine care. Your Impact at Chesterbrook Academy Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of educators. Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations and company standards. Drive enrollment growth and build strong family and community partnerships. Foster a positive school culture focused on educational excellence and child success. What We're Looking For Must meet Pennsylvania Child Care Center Director qualifications as outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations. Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education program. Thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania childcare licensing regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in early childhood education. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage daily center operations, support staff performance, and foster a positive learning environment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with Pennsylvania Keystone STARS, accreditation programs (NAEYC, COA, or similar), or other continuous quality improvement initiatives preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Pennsylvania regulations. Why Join Chesterbrook Academy?
