This is a true project management role with a strong emphasis on financial oversight, estimating software proficiency, and job cost control. This position is office-based, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from start to finish Oversee budgets, job costing, and financial performance of each project Work closely with estimators, field teams, and leadership Review and interpret plans, specs, and contracts Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing Track project profitability and ensure margins are maintained Coordinate schedules and project timelines What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of commercial drywall project management experience Strong understanding of metal studs, drywall, framing, and finishing Proven ability to manage project financials and job costing Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once What’s in It for You: Competitive base salary Bonus potential tied to project performance Stable, established company with consistent backlog Strong internal support and team structure Long-term growth opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on the financial and operational side of project management, not just coordination.
