Key Qualifications:

• Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license in Special Education
• Experience working in Setting III special education classrooms
• Previous work with K-8th grade students preferred
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in Setting III classrooms
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ unique needs across K-8th grades
• Track student progress, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide regular communication with families
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports learning and growth
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and educational planning
