Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive initial assessments for new patients to identify their unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's specific goals.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide high-quality therapeutic sessions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of licensed providers, administrative staff, and support personnel to deliver holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, mental health conditions, and coping strategies to foster a supportive and informed environment.

• Regularly document clinical progress and sessions in an organized manner that meets both legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse adults, adolescents, and families who seek support for a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to engage with a variety of backgrounds and experiences will be essential in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
\n
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating expertise in therapy and intervention techniques.

• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in accessible language.
