We are seeking dedicated and experienced Leads to join our warehouse team. This critical role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and adherence to operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team, managing logistics, and executing core warehouse functions from inbound product handling to preparing outgoing shipments.

Warehouse Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available
• Front Half Sunday-Wednesday 6am-4:30pm - $22/hr
• Back Half Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4:30pm - $22/hr
• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am - $22/hr
• 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 12am-8:30am - $25/hr
• Must be able to work OT during peak seasons
• Direct and supervise a team of employees across one or more accounts within the warehouse.
• Track and manage employee hours, providing essential feedback to team members.
• Coordinate effectively with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and the Operations Supervisor to establish shipping schedules, determine labor requirements for rework projects, and perform accurate cycle counts.
• Safely and efficiently unload incoming freight products and transport them to their designated storage locations.
• Execute picking duties with precision and speed, consistently meeting both customer and company performance standards.
• Prepare products meticulously for shipment, verifying that the exact number and correct type of product are loaded.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

• Proven management experience in a team lead capacity.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
