Location: Waukesha, WI

Job Summary

Adecco is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Waukesha, WI. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Use grinders, hand tools, and power tools to prepare and finish materials
• Measure and verify dimensions using appropriate measuring devices
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with welding symbols and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certification or technical training
• Experience working with large fabricated parts or industrial equipment
• Experience with grinding, fitting, and fabrication processes
