Staffing experience is a plus, but not required; we'll teach you Interest in sales as a long-term career, or some familiarity with sales fundamentals Exposure to technology or technical roles, even as an end user Experience in a metrics- or goal-driven setting (sales, retail, athletics, or similar) where you were accountable for results Comfort with cold calling and high call volume.
