You will design compelling prize-first designs with a strong team reporting to a leadership team that loves building games and growing people.Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign compelling 'slot-style' games from concept to completion.Provide game-design expertise working with the team to clearly define all aspects of the game that impact the end-user, including math, game play, interface, animation, sound, art styleWork within project schedules and milestonesSet goals and shepherd team to successPromote teamwork in an environment where individuals are spread out across the United StatesWork with the Producer to identify roadblocks, project risks and proactively find solutionsConduct strategic market and data analysis for competitive game designExperience and EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of casino game design experienceStrong familiarity with successful game-development processes and pipelinesExperience of development tools.
