Your Role:  Journeyman Plumber / Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader, you’ll be more than just a plumber — you’ll be the driver of excellence on every jobsite. You’ll lead crews, train apprentices, solve challenges, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing crews on installs, repipes, remodels, and service projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all Utah plumbing codes.
• Mentor and train apprentices and helpers.
• Communicate with builders, contractors, and customers.
• Uphold safety, professionalism, and quality on every job.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and job sites.
• Track time and paperwork accurately.

What It Takes

• Valid Utah Journeyman Plumber License (required).
• 4+ years plumbing experience.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential & commercial systems.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
