Our diverse teams enable us to become a better partner to our customers and help us to fulfil our mission to advance and improve patients' lives.Shipping Coordinator - Farmingdale, NY• Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through the various courier systems.• Prepare Customs documentation for international shipments.• Enter shipment information to ICON ERP system.• Ensure all packaging presented for transport is in compliance with DOT and IATA standards.• Package shipments as necessary.• Maintain daily shipping records.• Receive deliveries as necessary.• Report inventory levels for supplies utilized by the Logistics team.• Delivery to Customers: Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; Acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.What you need: We are looking for 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator.
