MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local clients are NOW HIRING for a 1st Shift Receiving Forklift Operator in the Hebron, KY area!

Position Details

Position: Receiving Forklift Operator
Shift: 1st Shift — 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday (schedule may change based on business needs)
Pay: $19.90/hour
Location: Hebron, KY

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Receiving Forklift Operator to support receiving and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position requires someone who can start as early as 3:00 AM and work until all tasks are completed. During busy periods, earlier start times (1:00–2:00 AM) may be required.

The ideal candidate should have some forklift experience (training provided) and be comfortable with inventory counting, product verification, and warehouse material movement. Strong attention to detail and good counting skills are essential, as this role involves daily inventory checks and date verification.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

• Receive, move, and organize products throughout the facility

• Scan packages using RF scanners

• Count and verify inventory accuracy, including product dates

• Pack and unpack products/materials

• Shrink wrap and band pallets for storage or shipment

• Stock and replenish warehouse inventory

• Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs

• Work overtime, including weekends, when needed

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be able to:

• Read, write, and understand basic English

• Have previous forklift experience (preferred)

• Demonstrate strong counting and attention to detail

• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and stretch for 8–10 hour shifts

• Push and pull products throughout the shift

• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and stooping

• Ability to remain on your feet for 8–10+ hours

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Comfortable working in environments with changing temperatures
