Legal Document Quality Assurance Analyst

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
• Test info before it’s sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Checking notarization on documents.
• May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of relevant professional experience
• Paralegal certification (NICE TO HAVE)
• Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
• Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
• Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
• Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
• Understanding credit cards
