Ascend Staffing is seeking a part-time Bilingual Recruiter to recruit, interview, onboard, and place field employees. You will work on-site in Romeoville, IL, using the company ATS, social media, and job boards to fill roles while maintaining client relationships. Strong English/Spanish skills, reliability, and excellent communication are essential.
