Recruiter (Recruiter) Full Time

We are currently hiring a Recruiter for a full-time opportunity in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting talent with the right opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and applicants.
Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills and experience
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously
Track candidate activity and update recruiting systems
Support onboarding and hiring processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
