Customer Success Associate

MadeMarket is a fast-growing CRM and transaction management platform for investment bankers. We enable investment banks to grow their business and improve employee performance by providing an intuitive, purpose-built system of record and easy-to-use tools for winning new mandates and managing live transactions. We are looking to hire a highly motivated, consultative Customer Success Manager to join our team. This individual should have at least three years of experience in a customer success or account management role. It is critical that the candidate be viewed by customers as a credible, executive-level advisor and consultant. This individual will be target focused, hungry and passionate about driving customer success, cultivating relationships and enabling great outcomes for our end-users. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in consultative and value-based customer success or account management. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience engaging clients throughout the entire customer journey Highly motivated, compassionate, problem solver, positive, entrepreneurial, can do attitude, ownership driven, intellectually curious, dynamic, confident, professional and goal-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. What you’ll do: Help clients through the entire customer journey from onboarding, training (virtual and on-site), data migration to communicating best practices and providing ongoing support Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes Identify common user behaviors and orient customers toward MadeMarket best practices Engage customers to align them around the value of MadeMarket and remove any user roadblocks Uncover key components of value for various customers to drive improved customer adoption of MadeMarket Identify opportunities to offer additional services or features that can further benefit the customer, working with the sales team to follow through Manage the renewal process, helping customers see continued value in our platform and securing renewals Occasionally travel to meet with key clients in person, providing training and strengthening relationships Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure customer success and satisfaction Top characteristics of the right candidate: Has high standards, values hard work and is immensely results-driven Strong communication skills with no hesitation to share ideas A natural problem solver who’s proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions Able to work effectively in a remote environment, taking initiative and managing your time well Open to occasional travel for customer meetings and training sessions Previous experience providing customer success in the private equity or investment banking sector, or working with an enterprise software provider Perks and Benefits: Competitive compensation 401(k) with matching A collaborative environment where your contributions are valued, and your ideas are heard Environment where you can have a unique impact on many parts of the business Equal Opportunity Employer: MadeMarket is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
