Salesforce Solution Architect

Core Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that span business processes, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application ecosystems. Design reusable technical frameworks that can support organization-wide scalability.
Lead solution planning in collaboration with system integrators, leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Service Cloud components-ensuring alignment with project goals and platform best practices.
Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction across Salesforce architecture, including both greenfield implementations and optimization of existing environments.
Partner with internal support and development teams to integrate Salesforce with legacy systems and new platforms, identify architectural gaps, mitigate risk, and recommend performance and security enhancements.
Design and implement integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and middleware tools. Partner with integration and cloud teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Document all architectural decisions, including functional and non-functional specifications, with a focus on performance, extensibility, security, and compliance.
Build and manage infrastructure architectures hosted on Salesforce, ensuring they are cost-effective and future-ready.
Present technical options and recommendations to both business and IT stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Align architectural designs with business strategy by regularly consulting with leadership and relevant technical teams.
Guide strategic technology decisions in collaboration with infrastructure, security, data, and application stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and mentor developers to uphold quality and performance expectations.
Evaluate technical design proposals and provide architectural input to ensure optimal feature implementation.
Ensure all development and design outputs adhere to architectural guidelines and best practices.
