Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Possesses exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms, as well as active listening

Compensation Overview

• Base Pay: $42,000$50,000 annually, determined by licenses held and experience.
• Commissions: Uncapped; minimum expected commissions are $18,000 per year.
• Top Performers: Earn over $50,000 annually in commissions
