Responsibilities - Assess and treat patients with diverse acute care diagnoses to support functional recovery and independence - Develop, implement, and adjust individualized OT treatment plans with measurable goals and regular progress documentation - Utilize therapeutic activities, modalities, splinting, and adaptive equipment to address eligibility and safety in daily living tasks - Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, discharge planning, and coordination with nurses, physicians, and case managers - Document evaluation findings, treatment goals, progress notes, and outcomes in the patient record - Reassess patients regularly and modify the plan of care to reflect changes in status and home environment goals Requirements

• Active OT license in Montana or eligibility for Montana licensure
• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an

ACOTE-accredited program - Certification: NBCOT certification preferred or required per state practice guidelines - Experience: Acute care experience preferred; able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital-like setting - Ability to function in a travel assignment and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team Benefits and Support
