Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales

SCIEX seeks a Territory Manager to drive aftermarket sales of analytical instrumentation products, services, and consumables across a designated territory in the Southwest. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to expand customer relationships and achieve aftermarket revenue targets
- Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers
- Present aftermarket portfolio value and recommend service, software, training, and consumables solutions
- Partner with field sales, field service, and marketing teams to coordinate account strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years direct sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences or analytical instrumentation
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain required vendor credentials and site access requirements
- Residence within assigned territory; 30% travel capability
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base; $145,000–$160,000 total target compensation (base plus Sales Incentive Compensation)
