Sport Clips Haircuts of Carlsbad is looking for an experienced, licensed cosmetologist or barber to step into a Salon Manager role. This is your chance to lead a high-performing team, grow your career, and shape the success of one of Southern California's busiest men's hair salons.

What You'll Do as Manager:
Build, coach, and inspire your team of stylists

Oversee scheduling, staffing, and salon operations
Create an environment of top-tier client experiences

Drive service and retail performance
Manage key financial metrics for success

What You'll Bring:

Active California cosmetology or barber license
2+ years of salon experience (leadership a plus)

Strong communication and coaching skills
A growth mindset and passion for leading people
