Sport Clips Haircuts of Carlsbad is looking for an experienced, licensed cosmetologist or barber to step into a Salon Manager role. This is your chance to lead a high-performing team, grow your career, and shape the success of one of Southern California's busiest men's hair salons.

- What You'll Do as Manager:
- Build, coach, and inspire your team of stylists
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and salon operations
- Create an environment of top-tier client experiences
- Drive service and retail performance
- Manage key financial metrics for success
- Active California cosmetology or barber license
- 2+ years of salon experience (leadership a plus)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- A growth mindset and passion for leading people
