Through a structured rotation, the intern will work alongside teams in P&C Business Partners, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR practices and initiatives. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.* Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.* Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.* Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.* Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.* Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.* Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.* Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters. **Required Qualifications*** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field.* Rising sophomore, junior, or senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People & Culture.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Past leadership experience preferred* Must have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events. **Compensation and Benefits*** Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
