- Option for 24-hour or 12-hour shifts
- 7k volume
- Solo coverage
- 1099 with competitive hourly pay and malpractice
- Lower acuity patients; no trauma
- Southern Illinois town close to the Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky borders
