LPN - Assisted Living - 2p-10p

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN - Assisted Living to join our caring team at The Village at Marymount Assisted Living in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a nurse in our Assisted Living community, you will support residents with medication administration, wellness monitoring, and daily care needs.

About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly
Provide supportive, compassionate care to residents
Maintain documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Support a positive, resident-centered environment

Key Requirements:

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
Assisted Living or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care
