This position leads strategic planning for the Honda model lineup, ensuring optimal success in supporting Honda Sales objectives. In addition to core planning responsibilities, the Senior Planner supports initiatives across several departments, including Incentives, Marketing, PR, S&PP, and Seihan, through analytical data and project management expertise. This role leads new model planning efforts and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve the best sales results for AHM. As a subject matter expert (SME), the Senior Planner supports Honda Sales field teams, Honda Auto Sales Recap meetings, and monthly Honda Auto Sales Incentives Proposal meetings. This work directly influences key performance indicators, including sales forecasts, sales objectives, weekly vehicle arrivals, wholesale volume, and Honda market share.Key AccountabilitiesLead strategic planning for sales forecasting, market share trends, inventory position, zone performance, and other key Honda Auto Sales KPIs to support sales growth, profitability, and dealer and field market demand.Manage and submit Honda sales objectives for national, zone, and dealership operations nationwide, ensuring accuracy across multiple models and methodologies that support sales growth.Provide analytical and planning support for the Honda Auto Sales budget, including 10 division cost centers.
