Sales Compensation Analyst

Overview: Sales Compensation Analyst owns execution of sales compensation plans across IB Legal, ensuring incentives are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives. This role is responsible not only for administering compensation, but also for continuously improving how plans are structured, calculated, and delivered. Key Responsibilities: Administer sales compensation plans and payout processes Calculate and validate commissions and incentive payments Maintain compensation models and payout logic Support updates to compensation plans as GTM structure evolves Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes Improve tools, workflows, and data models used in compensation Leverage technology (including AI) to improve efficiency and accuracy Reduce manual effort and cycle time in compensation administration What You’ll Work On Monthly commission calculations and payout validation Supporting changes to compensation plans as GTM evolves Improving how compensation is calculated, tracked, and reported Qualifications 1–3 years in compensation, finance, or operations Strong Excel and data modeling skills Experience working with compensation or financial data preferred Success in Role Accurate and timely compensation payouts Simplified and more efficient compensation processes Incentives aligned with revenue goals Reduced manual work and improved operational efficiency About Us: Internet Brands is a vertically focused, AI-driven SaaS + media company with category-defining brands in legal, health, automotive, and home/travel. We expect the compensation for this role to range at $65k-$80k and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
