About the job Ultimate Auto Works is an independent BMW specialist in the Scottsdale Airpark, family owned since 1992. Our customers trust us because we explain things plainly and never sell work a car does not need. The shop is busy, and we are looking for a Service Advisor who can be the voice of the shop. What you will do Answer the phone and email, book appointments, and welcome customers when they drop off and pick up. Listen to what the customer is experiencing and pass clear notes to the technicians. Explain the technician’s findings in plain language, prepare estimates, and help customers decide what to do now and what can wait. Keep customers updated while their car is with us, so nobody has to call to ask. Keep the schedule, parts and paperwork moving so the technicians can focus on the cars. What we are looking for Experience as a service advisor or writer at a repair shop or dealership, or strong customer service experience and a real interest in cars. Clear, friendly communication on the phone, by email and in person. Organized and calm when the shop is busy. Comfortable with shop management software, email and a computer. Honest. You would rather lose a sale than sell work a car does not need. BMW knowledge is a plus. What we offer Steady, full time work at a shop with more work than it can take on. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with weekends off. A small, family owned shop with 35 years in the Scottsdale Airpark and loyal customers. Pay based on your experience.
