What you will have an opportunity to do: BASIC FUNCTION: The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner. This position will assist in unloading guests' luggage, and rooming of guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. In addition, they are also responsible for the handling of parking and retrieving of guest's automobiles in a safe, quick and efficient manner, as well as giving directions and information on all hotel and area services. Status: Full Time Availability: 1st, 2nd, and Mid Shift as needed Pay Rate: $18 per hour Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center Essential Functions: Act at the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing our hotel. Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges. Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel. Provide valet parking services to guests. Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry. Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days. Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests. Qualifications: Previous guest or customer service experience preferred. Texas Driver's License with good driving record required. Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.
